The Daily Deke: All Star Season is Over. Trading Season Begins

There are big things happing right now for the Nashville Predators.

We are, of course, ecstatic for the NHL Winter Classic next year. I, for one, didn’t expected this to happen so soon. This speaks volumes about where this franchise is from just from 6-7 years ago.

Now that the NHL All Star Game has wrapped up and the league is settling in for the final push. Talk is quiet at the moment in Nashville — But not for long.

The fans are anxious about how this team will rebound after a disappointing first half. I know what you’re thinking – “Disappointing? We are tied for 1st place in the Central Division!”

While that is true I think we can all agree that this team isn’t where we expected to be or where they should be.

This will undoubtedly beg the question. Do the Preds make a be move at the Trading Deadline?

We have made the case for a REALLY BIG MOVE here. What do you think the Preds should do?

While you ponder that with your morning beverage check out the latest news from the Preds and around the NHL.
